How does the free trial work?+

14 days of the full plan, free. You add a card when you start so nothing pauses when the trial ends, but you aren't charged a penny until day 14, and you can cancel from Settings at any point before then.

Why a card up front?+

So your booking page, reminders and everything else keep running the moment the trial ends. No scramble, no downtime for your customers. You stay in control: cancel any time before day 14 and you are never charged.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?+

Never. No commission on any booking, from anywhere. Your customers pay you at the venue, the way they always have, and Bookeze never sits between you and your money.

What does “unlimited staff” actually mean?+

Every person in your shop gets their own login, rota and permissions at no extra cost. Most of the market charges £5 to £20 per extra team member per month, so a three-chair shop can pay double what Bookeze costs before commission even starts.

What are the Ferrison tiers (£59 / £79)?+

Ferrison is our AI receptionist. It answers your phone, replies to your Instagram DMs and holds two-way SMS conversations, booking straight into your diary. What's the founding offer?+

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from Settings and you keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is there VAT on top?+

No. £24 a month is exactly what you pay; there is currently no VAT to add, and if that ever changes it will be clearly stated before you're charged. No other fees, no commission on bookings.
